While these types of organizations are recognized in certain jurisdictions of the world - overwhelmingly they are not considered as legal structures. A decentralized entity which allows various stakeholders to reach consensus in a distributed manner, it is our belief that this is the new form of the Company limited by shares.
The exact legal treatments for these bodies are yet to be widely studied for their impact, but what is undeniable is their ability to merge speed and execution, vision and belief and ultimately - to reward their believers and backers.
On the other hand, these bodies have attracted negative publicity surrounding their decisions to, amongst other things, buy the US Constitution. Our approach is to actually utilize the underlying technology to distribute control and governance.
